Cynthia is the senior public programming educator on the Water Project at the Canadian Museum of Nature. She studied biology at the University of Guelph and joined the museum education team right after graduation. She is fascinated by all of the people it takes to pull together a new museum gallery and is very happy to have this chance to share some of those stories with you. This blog will bring the stories of the many members of the project team to you, in their words, through her perspective.

Katie is a science writer based in Ottawa. Since a very young age, she has been determined to show the world that science is both interesting and important. Her early efforts consisted mostly of drawing pictures of dinosaurs for her family members. Over the years, her skills as a science communicator have (hopefully) grown more sophisticated and persuasive. She has a BSc in Biology from the University of Prince Edward Island and a master’s degree in Science Communication from Drexel University.
